Monthly SEO

Monthly plans run month to month. The proposal names the pages, tasks and responsibilities for your business. Advertising spend and separately agreed third-party costs are additional.

Keyword research and placements
Keyword research is available as Starter ($199), Growth ($499) or PPC Keyword Intelligence ($349). Content placements start at $150 for one post, $125 per post for five, or $100 per post for ten or more. Reputation management is scoped after reviewing the business and issue.
What we agree before starting
- The website, services, locations and accounts covered.
- The deliverables, access needed, delivery schedule and who approves changes.
- Any advertising budget, listing fees or third-party development costs outside the service fee.
- The reporting schedule and the arrangements for ending monthly work.
Your accounts and website remain yours. Monthly plans are month to month. A written scope defines the work; rankings, traffic and AI citations are outcomes to measure rather than positions that can be purchased.
Before we start
Is the initial review free?
Yes. It is a short checkup and recommendation, separate from the detailed Essential or Premium audit.
Do I need to buy an audit before monthly SEO?
Not automatically. The first conversation determines whether a standalone audit is useful or whether the agreed monthly scope already includes the necessary review.
Are the same services available outside Dallas?
Yes. I serve businesses across DFW remotely. Pricing follows the work, site and agreed scope rather than adding a city surcharge.
