AI visibility tracking with recorded questions and sources
My AI visibility tracking records how selected AI answers mention your business, describe its services and cite sources. Reports identify the platform, question, date and observation so you can review what changed between checks.

What a report records
| Record | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Question and intent | Separate brand lookups, supplier discovery and comparisons. |
| Platform, date and context | Identify where and how the answer was observed. |
| Response and cited URLs | Keep evidence that can be reviewed later. |
| Mention and accuracy checks | Record whether the business appears and whether the details are correct. |
| Actions and follow-up | Connect factual corrections to later observations without assuming causation. |
Keep the comparison consistent
We agree the platforms, questions and checking schedule at the start. Reports state the number of observations and any changes in the method. Brand and non-brand questions remain separate. A percentage always has its denominator; one successful screenshot is not presented as a stable visibility rate.
Useful AI visibility tracking starts with an agreed question set. I separate branded questions from broader service searches and record the context needed to compare later answers.
Technical access is a different check
Crawler records can help diagnose blocked requests, but a user-agent string alone does not authenticate a bot. I use the appropriate CDN or server logs and the platform's verification guidance where available. No request in one log is not proof that a site is absent from an AI product.
Access, indexing and citation are separate events. The report describes which was actually observed rather than calling them all “AI visibility.”
The scope of AI visibility tracking states which platforms and questions are checked and how often. A report explains the observed changes and the content issues that merit attention.
From findings to useful changes
Recurring incorrect facts become a correction list. Missing service information becomes a content task where it is relevant to customers. If an answer does not reveal a source, that uncertainty stays in the report.
Ongoing reporting is included in SEO + GEO. A Premium SEO + GEO Audit provides a one-time review. The scope identifies the questions and platforms before work begins.
